Silver Found on Video

If you follow my blog you know that I enjoy metal detecting at long forgotten homesteads in the woods. The problem lately is that I’m not able to get back into the woods with the weeds and brush grown up the way it is. So, on this hunt I was able to secure permission to detect at an old church that had the grass mowed nicely. I have shown the finds before, but here is a short video of my hunt:

This was my first ever Susan B Anthony Dollar, and I was very surprised to find it near a basketball goal.

1949 Mercury Dime

My first Mercury dime found metal detecting. As you could see in the video I was very excited to not only find a silver coin, but to find my first Mercury Dime.

All in all it was fun and I can’t wait to get back in the woods. Not much longer now! I have some new Inventio HD 1080p video glasses to video my future hunts so I am also excited about that since they allow me to be hands free and shoot amazing high definition videos!

Thanks for reading everyone, I wish you the best of luck out there!
